Pipley is for people 18 and older. If you're under 18, please don't use it.
Pipley is a routine-building and coaching app that uses AI to help you break down tasks and get started on things you're avoiding. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment for ADHD or any condition, and it is not a substitute for therapy, coaching, or medical care. If you're in crisis or need medical advice, please contact a qualified professional. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time, or call your local emergency number.
Pipley is offered on a free-trial-then-paid basis. Every subscription plan starts with a free trial (14 days on yearly, 7 on monthly, 3 on weekly). A payment method is required to start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price shown at signup, billed on the schedule for your plan (weekly, monthly, or yearly). We send a reminder before your trial ends, in the app and, where available, by email, with the price and the date. You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription (if you can't get to it, email us and we'll cancel it for you); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for time already paid for, except where required by law.
We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. If we change the price on your existing plan, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
The Founding member offer is one payment of $29 ($19 during the ADHD Awareness Month promotion, which ends at 11:59 PM US Eastern on October 31, 2026). It is not a subscription: there are no renewals and you won't be charged again. It unlocks Pipley's paid features for as long as Pipley runs. It's limited to the first 100 buyers, and once those spots are taken it's no longer offered. There is no free trial on this offer.
You're responsible for keeping your device/session secure. Don't use Pipley to abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the service (including scripted or automated use of the AI features outside normal app usage).
Routines, steps, and coach replies are generated by AI and may sometimes be wrong, generic, or not fit your situation. Use your judgment. Don't rely on Pipley for financial, medical, or legal decisions.
Don't use Pipley for anything illegal, to harm yourself or others, or to try to extract, resell, or scrape the underlying AI system.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Pipley and delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete my account, which also cancels any subscription.
If a friend you share your link with becomes a paying customer, you may get one free month of credit (up to 3). Friends who use a share link get 20% off their first payment. We can change or stop referral offers at any time, and we may take back a reward if the payment behind it is refunded.
Partners who sign up at pipleyapp.vercel.app/partners.html get a link. People who come through it get 20% off their first subscription payment (yearly, monthly or weekly; subscriptions still start with the usual free trial). The one-time Founding payment is not discounted. The partner earns 50% of what those people actually pay (after discounts and refunds, never on free trials), including the Founding payment, for 12 months from when each person first came through their link. Only new customers count: someone who already has a subscription or Founding access when they open a partner's link is not credited to that partner, and payments on a subscription that started before they came through the link never earn. Partners earn only from customers they bring, never from recruiting other partners. If someone came through more than one partner's link, the first partner keeps them.
Partners must say their link is an affiliate link every time they share it (for example #ad, or "I earn if you sign up"); must not make medical or diagnosis claims about Pipley (it doesn't treat, cure or diagnose ADHD or anything else); must not spam (unsolicited messages, posting where links aren't allowed, fake reviews); must not bid on "Pipley" or similar terms in search ads or present themselves as Pipley; and don't earn on their own purchases.
Commissions are approved 30 days after each payment (the refund window), or up to 90 days for Founding payments, a partner's first few customers and payments flagged by our fraud checks, and may be held for manual review. Refunded or charged-back payments don't earn: a commission is reversed if its payment is refunded or disputed, and reduced to the partner's share of what was kept if it is partly refunded. Approved commissions are paid monthly by PayPal once a partner has $25 or more approved. Partners are responsible for their own taxes. We can change or end the program at any time; if it ends, approved commissions are still paid. We can remove partners and cancel unpaid commissions for fraud or for breaking these rules.
Pipley is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome for you. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
